Our story
The concept for NFAP took shape when four law firm partners recognised a recurring challenge in the private equity and venture capital space. Fund administration and investor management had become increasingly complex and demanding, leaving fund managers with less time to focus on their strategic priorities. NFAP was founded to change that.
Our purpose is to simplify operational processes, allowing fund managers to focus on their core investment strategies while we manage administration, reporting, and compliance. We keep you compliant and ahead of the curve.
Today, NFAP brings together a team of specialists in investment funds, financial operations, and accounting. Our founders continue to play an active role as members of NFAP’s Legal Advisory Board, sharing their experience and insight. Through ongoing dialogue and collaboration with the Board, we remain closely aligned with regulatory changes, requirements, and trends in the private equity and venture capital ecosystem.
